Hello,
Thank you for visiting my website, i am a local artist from Nottinghamshire, close by to Newstead Abbey in the UK countryside.
I am an absolute animal lover, from the smallest little mouse to a giant great dane, i love them all and im so fortunate to live in an area where i am able to see lots of wild animals, so my inspiration whenever i am drawing is of animals.
I mainly use watercolours and charcoals, i like the way watercolours blend and merge into one another to create a soft natural look, i also like charcoal drawings for this too, the way you can blend them to look more seamless so i tend to use these most of all although sometimes i also dabble in some other materials as one off pieces.

FAQs
Q. how much is delivery?
A. delivery is dependant on the size of the item but the most i usually charge is £2.50, at check out it will tell you the cost.
You are only charged one delivery cost even if you order more than one item.
Q. do you gift wrap items?
A. Yes, every order is lovingly packed, i usually throw in a extra little treat as well, if an item is a present for a loved one please let me know and i will provide a greeting card with a special msg for free.
Q. how long does it take to dispatch and recieve items?
A. i try my best to dispatch the same day or at latest the next day and i send items via a royal mail first class tracked post, please note items that are personalised will need up to 3 days to make then will be dispatched on a tracked first class post.
Q. can i just buy these items any where or are they unique?
A. they are all unique designs, that are hand drawn by myself then specially printed using a formulated printer and settings on the highest of levels so each product is a high quality level, i hand make all the items so i can make sure each one passes quality check, these are currently only sold on my big cartel website and my etsy page under this name, if you see any of my designs being sold else where under a different name these are fraudalent. Im hoping soon to be able to stock my products in local shops too.
Q. What are my return rights?
A. if for some reason you are not happy with your item, please first of all contact myself using the contact page on the big cartel website, provide me with your order information and we can take it from there, if its a faulty item i will need you to send me back the original ordered item and i can either send you a replacement or refund you, you have up tp 14 days to let me know if you need a replacement or refund
*personalised items are only refunded if they arrive to you in a faulty condition.
