" there is something about water based animals, i always seem drawn to the sea, maybe one day if im lucky i will get to live on a boat but for now i love to paint these lovely aquatic animals, i live near to a tourist area that has beautiful gardens one of which is a japanese garden, so i felt inspired by that to make this little goldfish more stylised to suit that, it has a swirly elegance and a cuteness at the same time i think"
